Click on the six dots and select numerical or alphabetical order
You can also select multiple blocks to convert to numerical or alphabetical order
Edit Word documents directly on SOPHIA with features similar to Microsoft Word. For the best editing experience, upload policies as Word documents.
By clicking on the pencil, you will access similar features as Word, such as adding tables and comments to make edits to your policy directly on the platform.
You can still upload PDF documents to the policies tab, and will have access to search for a page, download, and to zoom in and out on the document.
We recommend that you upload your policies as word documents to allow you to access editing within the platform.
